Railway Wagon Bogie Heavy Duty Casting Bogie 27 Tons Axle Load

Breif introduction:
DZ2 heavy duty casting bogie is applied for heavy load railway freight wagons with 27t axle load and 100km/h commercial operating speed.

The structure of DZ2 bogie is similar to that of the existing K4 and K5 swing bogies. Spring support plates are installed between the two side frames. The spring support plates connect the left and right bearing springs together and sit on the support seat of the central bearing platform of the side frame through the shaking seat. At the same time, the left and right side frames are supported on the front and rear bearing saddles through the axle box rubber spring at the top of its guide frame. Using the low torsional stiffness of the rubber spring, the left and right side frames become suspenders that can swing synchronously in the transverse direction. This structure increases the transverse flexibility of the vehicle, reduces the under spring weight, improves the dynamic performance of the vehicle and effectively reduces the wear between wheel and rail.

DZ2 bogie is mainly composed of bolster, side frame, wheel set, rolling bearing device, axle box suspension device, central suspension and damping device, bogie braking device, lower swing device and elastic side bearing.

In addition to provide this model bogie, we are able to design or OEM bogies according to customer requirements.
